Hp echarge app ppl moves the responsibility to HP pay and vice versa with HPpay. Such pathetic service and no accountability at all. I would suggest never to use these apps or services from HP. ### 1/5 — Non functional app *2026-02-19* When i am opening app in my Phone, it shows that i am usind a old version of the app and i need to update it but when i click on update it takes me to app store where theres no update available. ### 1/5 — Bad service most of charges are out of order *2024-12-02* Most of charger are out of service, when contacted to contact number they say, nobody visited from last two years so we have disconnected it **Developer response:** We regret any inconvenience caused. Charging stations from Rajasthan are not listed. Hp pay for some reason its not working, i want to charge my vehicle but since it doesn’t have balance, i cant start! I cant load balance though i can charge! The fuel station staff member, Karan, was very helpful and kept trying to resolve the issue. After calling the helpline, Sandeep from the support team stayed on the call and guided us patiently until it worked. Really appreciate the prompt and professional assistance when it truly mattered.
