In the old days of Plantronics (before HP took it over), a Plantronics app used to connect and you could configure it, check for new firmware etc. Now, the only way to connect to it is using the PC desktop version and even then it’s very limited as to what it can do. It seems it’s just for information. I’ve now updated the firmware (using the PC), as it said a new version was available. The “new” version however had a lower version number, but I updated it anyway. So it’s strange.
