However my biggest issue is having to delete the app and reinstall the app on my phone to remove the trails of footage that continue to take up all of my iPhone storage. Once I transfer the videos and clear the feed the files still eat up the space which cannot be removed unless the app is uninstalled. If there was an easier way to empty the app after using it, that would be a great solution. ### 4/5 — When it works it good! *2023-11-20* I been having a lot of problems with this app. I take pictures on my iPhone and when I try to download to my phone I keep getting it failed. If find more times it doesn’t work but when it works it’s great. ### 4/5 — Great App, but . . . . *2023-06-02* This is a great app and I appreciate the new update with support for multiple devices connected to PC. But, I still have some issues. The biggest is there does not appear to be a way to clear the App’s cache. When I look at my memory storage, this App can grow quite big in it’s consumption of memory. The only way I’ve found to clear it is to delete the App, and re-install. The setting to “Clear All Items from Feed” does not seem to do it. I presume, once I’ve transferred the file, and now have it on both my phone and on my PC, I don’t need the intermediary app hanging onto the data. ### 4/5 — Great app, But takes up MASSIVE storage *2023-04-11* This is an awesome app. I love it, it works great most of the time and is easy to use. Can’t argue with that. My only gripe is that after using it for a while, the app takes up a boatload of iphone storage with god knows what. It currently takes up 18gb with its documents on my phone with no option in the app to clear that data. The app itself is only like 57MB so no clue where that GB is coming from. Only way to fix it is reinstall the app after the storage goes way too high. ### 4/5 — Pretty good *2022-12-05, version 1.8.1 (991)* This app is pretty good and I was excited to find a way to transfer my pictures easily. I was able to download pictures but I cannot open messenger. All it does is says that it is connecting. I think that this is a waste of money. I have contacted the company but have not heard from them after two days. I want to enjoy the app but I cannot do that without someone contacting me. It always reads connected or connecting and you can see all the previous files sent from the same device paired but the thing still doesn’t work. It seems you have to set it up all over each time you want to use it. It’s inconvenient and defeats the purpose of simply airdropping. It’s too frustrating to try to get it to work. I can’t connect the two together and there are no decent instructions to find out how to set it up. I open orbit on the computer, then the only thing I can find with that icon in the iOS App Store is file drop. It worked for one file, then I had to re-pair it as it disconnected. The app crashes when trying to save videos to the device and now it’s started crashing when just trying to play the video. Downloaded and installed on my HP laptop, paired easily to my IPhone 11, but when it came to the message module on my laptop, it prompts to pair again and needs approval for viewing contacts on my iphone; it does not pair. I tried rebooting IPhone, repair application, and everything works great except the messages. It might be a Windows 11 issue but it is fully updated to the latest patches, but i am at the end of troubleshooting and it does the same thing to my IPhone 7 as well. ### 3/5 — Great transferring to PC - not so much going from PC to iPhone *2021-06-26, version 1.4.2 (641)* The app works great transferring photos from iPhone to PC. However, when transferring photos from PC to iPhone, there is a distortion problem where the app distorts the image to fit in a square frame. When opening the photo with HP Quick Drop feed, it opens with the correct dimensions, however when saving the image anywhere, it only saves the distorted square. It’s so easy to use and saves so much time. By far my favorite way to transfer files from my phone to my laptop.
