I used to be able to create collages easily, and reformat my images so that they fit into the spaces provided by the app. A while ago, they updated the app and took away this functionality. Now if you try to use the collage feature, no matter what orientation I have the pictures saved in, the app loads them in the wrong way, and I have to rearrange the pictures to the right orientation manually. This is a maddeningly finnicky app and has completely destroyed the usability of the app and my printer. It either crashes or when I select photos it no doesn’t load and doesn’t allow me to print the photo. I have tried EVERYTHING, restarting my phone, deleting and redownloading the entire app, restarting my printer. The printer is just fine, it’s just the app that doesn’t work. I really love this sprocket, and I hate that I’m hindered by a stupid app choosing not to work.
