And because I doNot buy their NEW and in their opinion” better”, not my opinion at all, they refuse to allow me to print free of charge in to use MY printer that has THEIR HP ink e-supply. Seems to have a mind of its own and sometimes fails to find HP printers installed on my home network. A work-around is to sign out of the app and then sign back in. Advantage of the app is that you can check ink levels on the HP printers on the network. Easy. If you want to order cartridges direct from HP the app makes it easy too. Any current discounts/sales on the low ink is also identified. Price of ink is still outrageous, but competitive to other sellers of the OEM ink. HP direct ink ordering thru this app also gives you the option of getting the ink shipped OVERNIGHT at no additional cost (I guess they figured that they screwed you oncehe on the price of the ink, so they ship overnight at no charge).
