The service is outstanding, the fairness and loans and handling situations I would say is also satisfactory. Yes, it’s a smaller institution but I’ve always felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff of the HPCU. My children through my service are also members now and enjoy the same benefits. There’s truly no reason for anyone eligible to not be a member.
