## What is HPE Go Mobile?

HPE Go is currently available for HPE Distributors, Resellers and Internal Users with access to the HPE Order Status Visibility (OSV) interface. 

You can log in using your HPE credentials. Due to the personalization enabled, HPE does not recommend shared email accounts being used.

With the HPE Go mobile app you can respond to order status queries and act quickly on changes when you’re away from your desk, in a meeting, or in front of a customer. 

The app allows you to:
– Search for orders by HPE Order #, PO #, End customer name, Sold to customer name, Reseller name. 
– View order details: current status, estimated ship/delivery date and more
– Add important orders to a Watch List 
– Receive alerts when the order status changes
– Share details with colleagues or customers 
– Give feedback on your delivery experience 

HPE Go syncs with your HPE Order Status Visibility (OSV) account to give end-to-end order visibility for multiple teams within your organization:   

INTERNAL HPE SALES TEAMS
–Faster response times – add hot orders to your Watch List so you can respond immediately if the order status changes
–More flexibility – answer customer and stakeholder order status queries in seconds, anywhere, anytime 
–Easy status sharing – email updated order details to colleagues or customers with the push of a button               
–For access, your manager will need to make a request on your behalf                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

FIELD SALES                                                                                     
–Better customer service – you can proactively share the latest order status information with your customers
–Immediate answers - check order status real time to answer customer questions when face-to-face                         
–For access, your manager will need to make a request on your behalf 

FINANCE TEAMS
–Better visibility to invoice readiness – receive alerts so that you can book the revenue as soon as the invoice is available. This information is especially useful at the end of the month.

USER NOTES
–HPE Go has been designed for data efficiency, with data usage equivalent to text-based emails, so whether in the office or on the go you can have confidence that using this app won’t overload your data plan

Plans are in place to extend HPE Order Status Visibility (OSV) to HPE channel partners in other regions in the future. We will also be enhancing the HPE Go app to support you with more “on the go” functionality across the sales cycle. Please contact your HPE Channel Representative for more details.
