I had to give up using the app voice quality was horrible and could not understand anything. Had to switch to desktop connection.

I joined with a meeting key, not with my HPE credentials. The meeting audio comes from the phone earpiece, not from the speaker, and there is no option to switch the audio to the speaker. This makes it so the audio volume is very low. Why should the audio come through the earpiece if the meeting has video that you want to watch while holding the phone away from your face?
