Installed the app and got to the point where I tell it to scan for either the security code or a barcode which should open the camera, but instead the app crashes and never opens the camera.

I have tried multiple HPE parts and scanned every single barcode sticker on the parts and the app never does anything.

Not sure what happened.  It used to work.

The scan barcode button doesn’t show up, but you can still type the part number and get results. Why not just use a website instead of an app?  Seems a bit excessive.
