V4.3 which auto updated on my 12 pro will no longer connect to the VPN. The”Tap to Connect” will seem to start the process (spinning green circle), then it will just go back to the start. 

Either revert back to the previous version 4.2 or fix your app! I do not believe this is an iOS issue since it won’t work on iOS14 or 15.

App doesn’t seem to stay current with updates. iOS 13 doesn’t support this app. You loose all access to your private network connections. Wish they just paid someone to write their VPN software. Any other app can push updates in a timely manner.

First it was iOS 12 and the position that since Apple rewrote the network stack, portions of the app had to be rewritten.  This took several months despite the fact the development releases had been available prior to iOS 12 release.  iOS 13 has been out for nearly 2 months now, and of course this app no longer functions properly.  What’s the excuse now?!

Company name does not matter any more, iOS with 4.3 is a no go . 4.2 back please I am not able to connect . Solutions ? At least have a path for it . I will move the company to the oder vendor does not matter how much it does cost . It is outrageous. Tired of it .

Hi, iPhone user, the app updated a few weeks ago and this new version won’t connect, it acts like it will by spinning but then reverts back to disconnecting…. Are you all aware?? Working on a fix??? Timeframe for a fix??? My team depends on this app for our day to day work we need a fix !!!!

Apple has an issue with iOS 13 which was just fixed for this with 13.2. My iPhone connects up without an issue.

Cihazı Restore ettikten sonra çalışmamıştı. Vpn profilini settings kısmından sildikten sonra çalıştı.

Hi,
After Restore settings, you should delete VPN profiles from Settings>General>VPN not from aruba via client. It will ask certificate trust and will work as usual.

从4.0版本开始，下载配置文件后，如果server ip的443端口被封，就无法建立vpn连接。之前的版本，只要下载配置文件后，不管443是否被封，都可以通过4500端口建立ipsec连接。
