The one thing that’s annoying is that it logs me out often and I have to get my physical library card to log back in. Often when you just type the number, it says "an error occurred"... all very annoying. Other improvement suggestion: please get the app to send me notifications when my holds have arrived or when a book is due for return. I can't keep checking the app. To developers: please respond to your users so we know we're not wasting our time leaving comments here. Remember that all positive and negative feedback are opportunities for you to improve and negative ones are more meaty for you. ### 3/5 — needs an update desperately *2021-09-05, version 1.12.4* pretty good, but it’s kinda slow and desperately needs an update regarding screen size and loading speed ### 4/5 — Bug in app *2018-10-11, version 1.12.3* App is great, but recently found issue. Not sure if it’s a newer version app or recent iOS 12 changes. When doing refine search in “just ordered” to select certain format example blue ray, the “done” or cancel button appear to complete your selection. The done button does not work anymore. It use to. Tried deleting and reinstalling app. Same issue with my wife’s phone. ### 3/5 — Issues with Done & Cancel *2018-09-19, version 1.12.3* Use this app a lot to access library services and generally love it BUT last couple versions you can’t filter the recent arrivals and just ordered search’s as the Done button doesn’t work (have tried on different devices). This will really limit app until it is fixed... 😢 ### 3/5 — Good, but could use improvement *2013-12-09, version 1.5* I love how accessible the library is now. Since I discovered this app, I've placed more holds on books than I did in the 10 years previous. Some things that need fixing: 1) sometimes it signs me out and when I put my card number and password in, it won't sign me in. It says it's an invalid card number, but I know I typed it in exactly as shown. 2) I would love it if the settings would include the phone number that the library calls when I have a hold at my default library. It keeps calling my parents' house, but I don't know how to change it. Really though, with this app, I don't need a phone call. ### 4/5 — Excellent app! *2011-08-09, version 1.0* Great for using when you're on the go, and it makes tracking borrowing super-simple! The addition of badges to show when holds are available would make this a 5-star app. ### 3/5 — Great when it works *2011-06-24, version 1.0* I've had this app for about a month now, and it is a great app, allows ppl to browse for what they want, place holds, check due dates, etc.... but atleast for me, it seems to crash often, and forget my barcode/password. And pretty awesome when it works. But I find more often than not it either freezes on me or just sits there loading the page for forever and never actually retrieving the information. Sometimes restarting it works. But I've been checking periodically for 4 days now and it's still loading. App had already been uninstslled and reinstalled 4 time. Please update and add passbook support for the library card. Also, why does this app need to store almost 40MB on iCloud?
