It really makes this health insurance an undignified thing. It really is pathetic. And I pay about 400$ a month for this junk. Very unhappy and overall sad for the treatment provided. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We continue to work on creating a good experience for our users. Please give us a call at the number on the back of your health plan ID card, we're happy to assist. ### 1/5 — They don’t care *2026-04-12* The app and website are both terrible, and the insurance is too. I regret choosing them, as I have heard nothing but bad things about them for years. Opening the app and the website is extremely slow. I was talking to your rep and she wanted me to open something and I had to sit and wait five minutes while the screen loaded, every single time. The provider list is constantly down today. It’s down on the website and the app telling me they can’t pull it up for my plan right now. Please call the number on my card. What is this the 1900s? They won’t allow us to use the best health options. Why would I expect them to have a modern app or website. They’re probably still use rotary phones in their offices. And do not tell me to call the number on my card. I don’t have time for that and they can’t really ever answer my questions anyway again this is not the 1900s I should not have to call. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Either you can’t log in or even get the app to open from the initial logo screen. If you are ever able to actually get into the app, don’t expect to be able to do anything, at all. This app is useless and makes having HPN frustrating even though insurance is a blessing! **Developer response:** Thank you for your comment. This app is useless and makes having HPN frustrating even though insurance is a blessing! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-02-03, version 1.5.5* Worst app ever. ### 1/5 — Buggy Update (1/29/2026) *2026-01-30, version 1.5.5* Each time I launch the App from my Home Screen (as per usual), a pop-up message prompts whether I wanna download the app’s new version. However, when I select the option do download the latest version, I’m just redirected to the App Store. This has been a recurring issue as of January 25, 2026. ### 1/5 — Completely unacceptable *2025-08-24* I am an active member, not a new user. Last week I was able to log in, but the payment option was broken — you click on “Make a payment” and nothing happens. This week I can’t even get into my account because the app blocks my access. This is absolutely unacceptable for an insurance company. I have to pay my premium, and instead I am forced to waste time struggling with your broken system.
