- 100,000 포인트 이상 사용 시, 본인인증 절차가 필요합니다.

我注册的时候，显示护照已经注册过了，但实际上，我没有注册过。选择找回用户名的时候，又显示没有找到符合信息的用户名，这个问题怎么处理？

h.point 개설 되자마자 깔아서 현대백화점과 연계하여 너무 잘 사용하고 있어요~! 더군다나 앱테크까지 가능해 매일 들여다 볼 수 밖에 없어요! 

저 뿐만 아니라 신랑까지 가입해서 앱테크 및 쿠폰 혜탹까지 사용하니 이보다 좋은 앱은 없을 듯 하네요~ 현대가 하면 뭘 해도 다르다라는 말이 나오듯 사용해보면 왜 그런지 알 수 있는 앱! 지금껏 오류없이 잘 사용하고 있는 것만으로도 적극 추천!!

일단 앱 디자인부터가 깔끔하고 각 테마에 정말 잘어울리는 화면구성들이 보기도 좋고 계속 뭔갈 눌러보고 싶게 만듭니다. 특히 H라운지가 감각이 너무 좋습니다. 게다가 포인트 혜택과 이벤트들도 많아서 참여하는 재미도 쏠쏠해요! 저는 게임을 매일매일 하는데 구슬젤리게임 중독성 미쳐요...그리고 따로 포인트샵이 있어서 열심히 모은 포인트를 아주 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 점이 정말 좋았습니다.ෆ 번창하세요

H Point를 처음 접했을 때는 주로 이벤트 참여하고, 출석하고, 퀴즈 풀기 등등 포인트를 쌓아서 유용하게 이용했었어요. 또 워낙 현대 아울렛을 자주 방문하기도 해서 필수 앱이었는데, 이번에 리뉴얼 이후 볼거리와 즐길거리가 더욱 풍부해져서 완전 만족하며 사용 중이에요!!
사운드 갤러리, 래플 등 다양한 이벤트와 더욱 편리해진 인터페이스로 전자영수증 같은 것도 쉽게 확인할 수 있는 편리한 앱입니다..! 저는 그중에서도 특히 제 관심사와 관련있는 H Lounge를 가장 만족하며 활용해요 ㅎㅎ
또 가장 좋은점은 포인트를 현금처럼 바로바로 사용할 수 있다는 점인 것 같아요~! 앞으로도 이렇게 계속 더 좋아진다면 전국민 필수 앱이 되지 않을까 생각합니다!
