app is encountering server issues and i cant access critical features like "unloock door" or "connect to wifi" meaning im both locked out of my office and without internet access.

Horrible customer service. Don’t follow up on agreements and practice viscious billing practices. I paid my bills in advance and ended up being charge late charges. Don’t not do business with this group of con artist.

### 2/5 — Good app, but logins are painful

The app generally does what I need it to do.  My main gripe is that I need to log in every couple of days.  Most other apps, even security critical apps like email don’t do this.  That’s annoying, but the real pain is that it doesn’t remember my email address, nor does it connect to my password manager, so I need to remember which of the five email addresses I used to register, and then type it in.  Then I need to go to my messages to get the pass code. All this just to open the door to the office space. :(

thanks for fixing the wifi shortcut so i dont get a bluetooth alert every time i open the app.

Decent app, but logs me out every couple of days.  

It’s a pain when I have to login in to open the door.

The app works very well. The only problem I have is that it keeps removing my saved payment methods or won’t let me use them at times.
