저는 ai 면접 경험이 많습니다. 제 경험상 뷰인터 프로그램은 본인들 기술의 한계를 사용자의 불편함으로 풀어내고 있습니다. 카메라에 얼굴이 선명함에도 카메라 인식 불가라고 나오고, 영상을 다시 틀었을 때 또박또박 말이 잘 들림에도 음성 판독 불가라고 나옵니다. 기기를 세대나 바꿔가면서 응시했지만, 로또용지 뽑듯이 인식했습니다 (기기 구형아님). 응시 하는 것 자체가 일이에요.

첫번째 제출한 영상이 인식 어렵다고 하여 타이트한 시간에 맞춰 재응시했습니다만, 그 과정이 굉장히 불편하고 힘들었습니다. 세팅만 한시간이 걸렸어요. 가뜩이나 시간 타이트해서 기기를 바꿀 시간도 없었네요. 

제작자들은 뭘 위해 일하나요? 제가 AI면접 회의론자는 아닙니다. 분명히 시장에는 훌륭한 프로그램이 있습니다. 그런 프로그램들은 사람들의 시간을 아껴주고, 불편함을 해소시켜줍니다. 경쟁사들과 비교해서 이 정도의 수준이면 시장에 나오기 부끄럽지 않나요? 이런 점들 때문에, 알고리즘에 대해서도 의심부터 갑니다.
