## What is HR Superapps?

HR Super Apps merupakan user centric mobile apps yang terhubung dengan jaringan Internet sehingga lebih accessible. Aplikasi ini memudahkan pegawai untuk melakukan tracking career planning dan kinerja individu melalui dashboard kinerja pegawai. Selain itu pegawai juga dapat memonitor pemenuhan kompetensi dan status kesehatannya pada aplikasi ini. Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan Chatbot agar pegawai dapat berkomunikasi 2 arah terkait isu kepegawaian dan kebijakan MSDM melalui fitur tersebut.
