It’s an hours tracking ap but doesn’t show you exactly how many hours you’ve accumulated. Yes, the time is there but if you have hours to make up you have to try to figure out, on your own, how many hours you’ve accumulated and how many to make up.

Since last 3 updates the app is showing 1 notification in home screen although there are 0 notifications when app is opened. Also when opening time app while in HR4 it goes blank. 3 updates since and both bugs are still there.

The app doesn’t load the dashboard or anything properly on my iPhone 13 running iOS 16.1.2

Would love for them to fix the bugs so I can use it for work purposes :)

Can’t even log into my account after downloading the app. This app is junk.

Wrote a bad review it was taken down, sends tons and tons of notifications and under settings you cannot turn off notifications for anything only change how you receive them, still has issues loading to screens. Not a very functional or helpful app by any means.

**Developer response:** If you would like to fully disable a notification, please talk to our team on Intercom and we can help you get your settings to fit your needs! 

And our app's stability should be much better now if you are still working for a company that uses HR4. We encourage you to try the latest version.

App tells me there’s an update and can’t use it unless I update. Go to App Store and guess what? I’m on the latest version...

**Developer response:** We apologize if this is still the case. It is possible that older devices may become unsupported over time as older phones were no longer able to comply to Apple's new policies. We try not to do this often.

While the functionality could be hit and miss in the past, they have been making a lot of updates recently and this app makes it much easier to interface with the HR4 platform on the go.
