It does it the second time, zooming in even bigger. The entire app then crashes. It kicked me out multiple times and doesn’t save your progress on a claim when you leave the app and come back 2 seconds later. ### 1/5 — Worst FSA App *2026-05-15* I really don’t like using this app. It’s so difficult to navigate and the log in process is needlessly complicated. If you navigate away from the app to check something in another app, such as your calendar for dates of appts, you have to go through the whole log in process again. My patient gateway for the doctors office is less intense and contains far more sensitive information. I get irritated every time I have to open this app and use it. ### 1/5 — Bad service *2026-03-07* Tried to set up direct deposit. It didn’t work. Called customer service. They said every was all set. Still didn’t work. Called again. Tried to claim everything was all set again. I cut them off. Then they fixed it. Notifications never work. You can’t speak to a person should you need to call for help. They don’t return your calls. Times out while filing the claims. They don’t really know how to guard your information, neither do they know how to make their system right.
