When I call and ask about it they just say to deal with it. The bank itself is amazing, they’ve given me home equity loans on a house other banks wouldn’t, which helped me be able to update and create a beautiful home. The app has made my banking experience even better. I’m able to deposit check from my app, transfer money into different accounts, and just generally keep on top of all my finances from my phone. When I received a call from one of the bank members offing me some special offers that were happening at the time and how my credit was very very good and I said “wait have you called the right person!??” I’ve worked hard on mending my credit and with the help of HRCCU for believing in me and approving those small loans to build my credit that I felt was never ever going to happen. And now we are ready to buy a home and HRCCU will be our choice to back us up with a home loan 🙏😊.
