Can’t seem to get it working on any devices for about 3 months now. I’ve given up on it and just check the DVR when I’m in front of the monitor. ### 2/5 — Owner *2017-10-18, version 1.01.01* Worked for about three week, now neither iPad or iPhone works or other family members works. So why did I spend the money on a Honeywell security package when I can't see it working while away from home? If you are having to watch someone, constantly (i.e. elderly or Alzheimer's person), you cannot glance down for an accurate look. You have to physically refresh (and hope it works) to get an updated view! This app clearly needs fixed! I would not recommend this and I have had it for 3 years! If it wasn't so expensive to change out, I would have done it 2 years ago. This app only works half the time. If you get a phone call, or switch to a different app it will lock up. Defeats the purpose of the app value. This app works absolutely perfectly for me. The live view always works as it should. I am able to view my security cameras anytime I desire from anywhere I have cell service. The remote playback also works great from my cell phone. I don’t use the email function because of our pets. However, I will take a peek from time to time to see if it has recorded any activity. The slide bar works flawlessly for a quick scan. I have an iPhone X and a Honeywell HRGX41 DVR connected to my WiFi. I’m running version 1.01.01. I love this app and don’t have a single complaint with it!
