## What is HRMGlobal?

For crores of employees in India and abroad, a smartphone is their 1st and may be only device to communicate with the mgmt and thus will radically alter how information flows both ways speeding up business decision making and improve top and bottom-lines. In most of the firms, the number of PCs to employees is very less and it does not make sense for the clients to invest Rs 20,000-40,000 per employee to be able to do their ESS and other day to day functions which can now be done using cell phones dramatically reducing their carbon footprint.
