## What is HRMgnt?

HRMgnt is the employee time clock for businesses that use HRMgnt. Connect your iPhone to your workplace, clock in and out, and get reminders for your shifts.

FOR EMPLOYEES

- Clock in and out from your phone while you're on the store Wi-Fi
- See today's scheduled shift and whether you're clocked in
- Get a reminder an hour before your shift, and a reminder to clock out when it ends
- Automatic clock-in at your shift start when you arrive on the store Wi-Fi, and clock-out after your shift once you leave (on scheduled days)
- Work at more than one place? Add each workplace and switch between them

FOR MANAGERS AND OWNERS
- See who is clocked in right now and this week's hours per employee
- Review each week's timesheet (hours per day, regular and overtime) and approve it before it goes to payroll
