You can only turn this robot on or off via Alexa, she cannot send it back to its charging point which is very disappointing

Until recently I’d have given 5 stars, but for some reason now when i try to direct the vacuum with the app controls, the upwards/forwards direction doesn’t respond at all anymore. This in effect renders the control useless as I can only position the vacuum, I cannot propel it forwards. Please fix this

I call mine Fat M as it replaced the rather useless cleaner who used to come to my home and move dust from one room to another.  Fat M is great though,  set it off and all the floors are done - I have wooden floors with little carpet so it does a thorough job and picks up far more than you’d expect on a daily clean cycle. Where there are carpets it’s fine but can get tangled up in wires and rugs with tassels so avoid using it lift the rugs up.  I do have a problem with the mop function as after one cycle of cleaning (did great) it doesn’t spray water anymore.  I have a support case open and initial contact has been ok but follow up is proving a bit slow - more on this when it’s resolved.  Overall a safe buy, cleans well, quiet and finds its way back to its base.  Good vendor and 3 stars due to mop fail otherwise would be 5

This robot is connect to my wifi. It connect to this app. It is not showing. This needs to be fixed

Would be good if the Messages the robot sends make it appear as if it’s the Robot talking I.e “Help! I’m trapped in a small space. Please move me” or “My wheel is stuck and I can’t move, please help”. Would be good if the message came from the name you’ve given the device too instead of just ‘Robot’
