Great app! ### 1/5 — The worst FSA company I’ve ever dealt with *2026-06-27, version 312.19.0* My last FSA company was so smooth - never had any issues at all with my funding. Now, my card gets declined nearly every time I use it because they always think the expenses aren’t mine. Any time it request you to verify identity, it emails you a code. When you switch to your email, to get the code, then switch back, the app restarts. I have only ever had it go through for a purchase ONCE and then they required a receipt which I was unaware of that requirement beyond using it for medical supplies and they froze my card WITHOUT notifying me. Once I called and they then notified of the freeze I then had to REPAY my own claim before it would be reinstated. I paid it and it’s been a month and it has still never worked.
