Receipt has one tiny typo? Sorry! Not gonna reimburse! Almost seems like they are fruadulently trying to keep as much money in their accounts as possible to “expire” ### 5/5 — Quick & Easy! *2022-05-01, version 10.1.1* No issues at all. Great app! ### 2/5 — Missing a very basic piece of functionality *2022-04-05* If you scan your receipts and store them as PDFs, you can’t use this app to upload them. It only accepts photos. This *almost* makes sense if you assume that everything you buy is going to come with a paper receipt that you just take a picture of, but with so many purchases being online now (and with the obvious desire to not clutter your camera roll with receipts), it doesn’t make sense to limit our upload options like that. ### 5/5 — HR PRO *2022-04-02, version 10.1.1* Very hard to get reimbursed for legitimate claims with receipts. Example a co pay of a prescription. Also, to get reimbursed for mileage they want proof. My goodness. Google the distance from my home to the medics office. When I send mileage proof by an app they denied it. I think they just hassle us to keep our money and make it so difficult for reimbursement that you give up. I don’t have the time or energy to deal with their ineptness. I’m not trying to beat the system. I have legitimate claims. I have even been denied claims for pee pads ...three times until I pointed out the use and that they are federally Ike’s. ### 5/5 — Awesome App *2022-02-28, version 10.1.1* Great to file claims and look at your accounts. It does not easily recognize barcodes. This is one of the most important features to me. I know it’s not my phone as the barcode reader in my MyFitnessPal app works fantastically, no issues at all. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The worst FSA company I’ve ever dealt with *2026-06-27, version 312.19.0* My last FSA company was so smooth - never had any issues at all with my funding. Now, my card gets declined nearly every time I use it because they always think the expenses aren’t mine. It is incredibly annoying and I’d never use this company ever again or recommended it. ### 1/5 — This app is nonsense *2026-03-19, version 312.19.0* Let me make this very simple. Every single medical receipt you receive digitally is going to come in PDF format. Guess which format this app DOESN’T allow you to upload receipts in? You guessed it, PDFs. Just complete useless nonsense. ### 1/5 — Cumbersome and inaccurate *2026-02-01, version 312.19.0* I get returned claims frequently even though all necessary info is there. Any time it request you to verify identity, it emails you a code. When you switch to your email, to get the code, then switch back, the app restarts. Not recommended! ### 1/5 — Onerous and obtuse *2020-02-22, version 6.4.200* Filing medical claims is already annoying enough, and HRPro’s app builds on the awkward and overly complicated process their website has pioneered. Whether the website or the app is worse depends on which one you’re using at the time. If you didn’t have to use one or the other just to receive the benefit you or your employer is paying for, no one would ever choose to use either. ### 2/5 — Basically have to beg to use your own money. *2025-12-18, version 310.17.0* The card is basically worthless. I have only ever had it go through for a purchase ONCE and then they required a receipt which I was unaware of that requirement beyond using it for medical supplies and they froze my card WITHOUT notifying me. Once I called and they then notified of the freeze I then had to REPAY my own claim before it would be reinstated. I paid it and it’s been a month and it has still never worked.
