Sie meldet sich jedes Mal an und man muss sich immer neu im Firmenportal anmelden. Neuerdings kann ich die Buchung auch nicht mehr abschließen. Der Button ist ausgegraut. Jedoch neuer Account warum auch immer Nachfrage bei der Hotline: Wir sind Anfänger und die Chefs sind in Mittag Also Mail geschrieben seit einer Woche keine Antwort… ### 1/5 — Stürtzt ab. *2023-05-19* Stürtzt leider zu oft ab. Und danach muss man immer erst neu installieren um es nutzen zu können. Nervt einfach nur. Das trifft auf HRS Enterprise und die normale HRS app ebenso zu. ### 1/5 — Falsche Preise und ständige Abstürze *2023-05-17* Sehr häufig stimmen die in der Übersicht angezeigten Preise nicht mit denen überein, die bei der Buchung anfallen bzw. Hotels, die laut Suchtresultat verfügbar sind, sind dann doch ausgebucht. Das ist sehr ärgerlich! Beim Versuch, die Kartenansicht auszuwählen, stürzt die App immer ab. 😡 Die alte App lief deutlich zuverlässiger ... ### 1/5 — Instabil *2023-05-03* Wechsel Ort stürzt ab. Wechsel Datum - stürzt ab. Erreicht man dann doch den Status Buchen - stürzt in jedem Fall ab. Ich sage mal meiner Firma Bescheid…. Boni für nicht gebuchte Übernachtungen nützen niemandem… ### 5/5 — Adäquater Ersatz zur normalen App *2023-04-12* Bedienung äquivalent der normalen HRS-App. Registrierung der Firmenrate nach Anleitung klappt einwandfrei. Somit jetzt eine Trennung von dienstlich und privaten möglich. Vielen Dank. ### 1/5 — Furchtbar!!! *2023-03-13* Mehrmals versucht mich anzumelden- immer gleich gescheitert! Kein Mitarbeiter an der Hotline kann einem weiter helfen! Per E-Mail um Hilfe gebeten- mit der Anleitung konnte man auch nix anfangen! Über die alte App registrierte Zugangsdaten eingegeben- geht nicht mehr! Wenn man so was neu entwickelt, sollt gewährleistet sein, dass eine unproblematische Migration von der alten App auf die Neue automatisch erfolgt!!!
