## What is höruf?

Höruf is a digital wellness app that helps you manage screen time more effectively. Unlike standard daily limits, it introduces session-based time management with configurable usage limits and cooldown periods. Create multiple plans for different contexts, choose specific apps, categories, or websites to monitor, and set Active Hours to control when your limits apply. Once your time is up, those apps remain blocked until the cooldown ends. Höruf makes it easier to build healthier digital habits.
