Works smoothly. Just need to sync daily for HRV data and it won’t double sync if accidentally synced twice. Now need one for SPO2 data. I do recommend this! ### 5/5 — Delightful, and it works *2026-06-06* Super nice little app with complete privacy. Solved my HRV sync issue between Garmin Connect and Apple Health. I tried other apps but either they didn't support Garmin Connect, or they charged a monthly fee and took possession of my data.
