Super nice little app with complete privacy. Solved my HRV sync issue between Garmin Connect and Apple Health. I tried other apps but either they didn't support Garmin Connect, or they charged a monthly fee and took possession of my data.

(Now I'm just looking for an app to sync VO2 Max and respiration...)
