This app claimed to allow users to use multiple different sources and the annual premium subscription seemed reasonably priced. So I paid the $39.99…. Nothing happened. Every time I tried to use the app, it pulled up a page prompting me to subscribe. I contacted customer service by email. It took 24 hours for someone to respond each time after I contacted them. It didn’t seem like anything was going to get resolved, and I read other reviews saying this app was a scam, so I canceled my subscription through the App Store and submitted a request for a refund. ### 1/5 — Overcharged *2024-06-12, version 1.1.1* I feel like I was charged for two weekly subscriptions at the same time when I sign up for only one. They said they would refund me the extra money for the lower subscription fee but they never did. I can’t afford to be double charged, especially in this economy, so I cancelled both subscriptions. How do I get the money back from the more expensive one? Also, I never got any of the Pro+ features I was promised. Major glitch in the app *2024-05-10* I purchased a yearly subscription at $89. The charge has gone through under my purchases and subscriptions. I have re-downloaded this app numerous times and cannot access any of the content. I should have access to pro and every time I click on Pro, it redirects me to pay for another subscription. I’ve written to them and have not received a response. I would like a refund or for them to fix the app. As of right now, I can’t access any part of the app, including the pro part.
