STILL NO ANSWER: cannot pay the abonnement in apple store as in-app-payment anymore, why did you remove that option? I know you can pay with a credit card abroad but it is not an option for everyone. Many use phone payments or gift cards instead. Is this a permanent decision?

Ylen sovellukseen verrattuna huonompi: kommenttien määrää ei näe artikkelin yläpuolella, eikä kommentteja pääse katsomaan suoraan. Lisäksi en pysty räätälöimään aloitussivua sellaiseksi, että siinä näkyisivät itse valitsemani aiheet. Enkä pysty edes lisäämään seurattavia aiheita, se toiminto on piilotettu tosi huolellisesti.

Päivitys lisäsi turhaan raskaita visuaalisia elementtejä, mikä myötä sovellus toimii erittäin hitaasti ja huonosti hiemankin vanhemmalla laitteella.

In the past month, apple subscription has stopped working on HS resulting in need to reinstall app number of times. Email is not hidden. I do not have the time or energy to chase HS for linking my account and subscription that I have had a number of years to the app. It’s a shame as I enjoyed having it but have now cancelled my subscription because of this bug.

Hi, I think your asiakaspalvelu is incomplete. I had a HS subscription and was informed that you could’t invoice from my card anymore. That mail went unfortunately into my junk folder.So your service stopped this month. So now I renewed my subscription. I can see in the Apple settings that the subscription is valid. Nevertheless I still can’t see the Diamond stories in HS-lehti. And in asakaspalvelu their is no email address or phone number. There is no detail about what kind of rejection you got from my credit card because I still have other subscriptions with the same card which have no problems. 

 I’m a German that lived 20 years in Finland. I think that HS it is one of the newspapers I know. It made no sense to order the paper version to Germany when I left Finland. But now I’m happy that I can use HS Digi. Thanks a lot - Kiitos paljon!

Hei HS app developer,
Apple tilauksena tehty HS ei yhtäkkiä toimi iPadissä. Se pyytää tilaamaan, vaikka tilaus on voimassa (toimii kännykässä). Soitin HS asiakapalveluun, jossa ohjattiin ottamaan yhteyttä Appleen. Siellä ongelmaa ei pystytty korjaamaan sillä tilaus on ok ja voimassa. Kirjauduin ulos ja sisään, poistin appin etc. mutta ei auta. Applessa lopulta kehottivat ottamaan yhetyttä app developeriin ja päädyin samaan HS asiakastukeen, tällä kertaa verkossa, mutta se ei aukene ollenkaan (page unknown). 
Toivoisin saavani kk-maksulleni vastinetta eli päästä lukemaan lehteä iPadillä, kiitos etukäteen.

The font is often too white or the contrast is bad, that it is hard to read some articles. Can’t even imagine how it is for someone who has sight problems.
