It is so far behind other ebanking apps that it's not even funny. I compare it to Citi, barclays, Eurobank, Alpha Bank, Revolut, n26 and KBC Brussels. Some of those are great, some pretty poor, but all if them are way above HSBC in usability, speed and functionality.
