Iphone 11 users cannot see full screen when accessing insurance policy details. It now has a colored photo graphics instead of purely text format. I can only see all white on the screen with 1/8 marketing ad photo on top of screen. Very bad app update version. Please revert to all text script for insurance policy section. Thank you

While we, as clients, don’t mind seeing the bank’s new services and products, the advertisement section on the top of the app still takes up too much space for us to do what clients really wants to do on the daily. As a credit card user, we would also like a HSBC to seriously consider allowing us to add our cards to Apple Pay of all our iOS secondary devices (or even macOS devices). I understand as a global bank they have their security concern but we as clients also want to have the convenience and security to use Apple Pay across our devices, where HSBC can allow us to do so by authentication through the app on the principal device.

This latest update is Not compatible with iphone 11 ios16. It does not show full information on screen when accessing insurance details on investment page.  Only half of the page can be seen and the important details are on the right most part of the screen. Left side of screen is white or blank. Please fix this bug. Thank you

Seriously? For one of the world's leading banks, this app is genuinely the worst I’ve ever seen. The most basic function of an app like this is to let you track your purchases, payments, and transfers—that’s why we need it. When you click on a transaction, a receipt should pop up showing where the funds were transferred, along with basic payee info like their account number, name, and transaction date. But no, this app doesn’t do that. It requires manual human intervention—you have to contact customer service (CS). And guess what? The CS team couldn’t even help. They said once you pass the confirmation page, you can never retrieve it. You can only receive a message from them with no logo, no receipt, no screenshot—simply plain text that cannot be used officially anywhere. And then GUESS WHAT? It takes them two business days to send that useless message. Genuinely, how stupid is this?
