HSBC should be ashamed to promote this as a card “benefit”. ### 1/5 — Can’t login and no support *2022-12-16* One of the worst apps out there. You can’t create your account or login. Eventually was able to create a login using the website but then unable to use those credentials to login to the app. Tried multiple emails to the support email and no response. Going by the reviews the app doesn’t really work not sure why hsbc will send an email to download an app they know doesn’t work!!! ### 1/5 — Have to provide personal details to use it *2022-12-09* When creating an account I have to provide my phone number to “personalise my experience”. ### 1/5 — Login not working *2022-12-01* Entering the correct id and pass doesn’t even log you in.
