On the app says I get 40-50% of discount. What a trap! I shouldn’t put my expectation too high with this app. **Developer response:** Hey there, as per the offer it is up to 40% off with a minimum of 10%. The discount rate depends on the time of year and availability at the property itself ### 1/5 — Not working anymore *2019-05-17* App worked perfectly on my iPhone 6s but doesn’t work at all on an XR. Loads forever on multiple screens. E.g. search and near me **Developer response:** Try deleting and reinstalling the app on your phone, turn your phone off and back on between deleting and reinstalling also. The app works fine on my XR, so please feel free to give us a call on 1800 858 033 for assistance ### 1/5 — The App leaves a lot to be desired *2018-12-13* There appears to be a problem with the app - It certainly does not work properly with my iPhone Xs. When you click on an offer using the interactive map, very often the offer does not display in the small window, and when you click on the window a new page comes up but there is nothing on it. This problem does not exist on the web version, so I would save yourself the trouble and give this App a miss until the developer confirms the issues have been fixed. ### 1/5 — Very Frustrating *2018-05-16* None of the promotion link works! Confusing interface, slow to navigate, map is unintuitive and the deals are misleading and hard to redeem. HSBC should be ashamed to promote this as a card “benefit”. ### 1/5 — Can’t login and no support *2022-12-16* One of the worst apps out there. You can’t create your account or login. Eventually was able to create a login using the website but then unable to use those credentials to login to the app. Tried multiple emails to the support email and no response. Going by the reviews the app doesn’t really work not sure why hsbc will send an email to download an app they know doesn’t work!!! ### 1/5 — Have to provide personal details to use it *2022-12-09* When creating an account I have to provide my phone number to “personalise my experience”. ### 1/5 — Login not working *2022-12-01* Entering the correct id and pass doesn’t even log you in. Interface is straight forward, could be a little bit more user friendly but I remember having it ages ago when I had an old account and it looks like it hasn’t changed as much. Alas you are just using the app to get discounts for merchants where applicable ### 4/5 — So far so good *2018-07-11* App works well, albeit a little buggy.
