For everything you need you have to go to online banking through your computer first. Even your bank account information is only available on the website. If you need to update your personal information you have to go to a bank branch, if you need a statement you have to go to your bank branch. For a bank like this, this app should be much better. ### 5/5 — Perfect for expats *2026-04-28, version 3.69.0* Just spot on. Transfer from QAR to GBP in seconds. ### 1/5 — Most difficult bank in Qatar *2026-03-22* Payments never reflect and you don’t know if the payment was done or not. Sometimes it can take a week to reflect especially in Eid holidays.
