The areas where the app lack are - 1. On the interface response time- it takes a while to load the app, also the network optimisation is not quick also while making the payment the beneficiary details post QR scan is a bit slow. 2. There should be zoom feature integration with the camera to lookup the QR codes which are bit far from us. Please note - That being said let’s not take away the ease of transaction and rewards which HSBC is providing. The entire onboarding experience has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming. It’s been over a week, and I still haven’t been able to log in to the app. On the “Re-verify Device” screen, I consistently receive the message: “Request couldn’t be processed due to technical reasons. Please try later” If users cannot even complete the registration and device verification process, it’s hard to have confidence in the rest of the app experience. After spending so much time just trying to get access, I can only wonder what other hurdles might appear once I finally manage to log in. A banking app should provide a smooth and reliable registration process, especially for existing customers. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been very disappointing. ### 3/5 — Clean Interface But Slow App with Annoying Marketing Notifications 📣 *2026-07-15* This app is good. I like the clean interface but its speed is not upto the mark. Opening app takes time comparatively and don’t know why but never gets open in first instance, always need to open-close-open again otherwise it will remain stuck at opening page, even then it takes longer to load the app than other available options in the market. Poor User Experience• This application has proven to be the worst I have ever used due to repeated restrictions and limitations. 2. Usage After a Gap• Whenever I attempt to use the app after a few days, or even after two weeks, the same issue arises. 3. Transaction Limitation in First 24 Hours• The application consistently displays a notification stating that money transfers cannot exceed ₹5,000 within the first 24 hours. 4. Restriction Over 72 Hours• Furthermore, within a 72‑hour period, the app restricts transactions to a maximum of ₹15,000 only. 5.
