So if you need to quickly check whether a customer paid you can’t simply type in their surname and see any transactions link with them you have to open up a desktop computer and get to the correct Tab to be able to even filter these results. I also think it’s ridiculous that you can’t easily rename the Accounts if you have more than one. E.g. spends or savings. In a world where every other banking app gives you real-time alerts, it feels like we're stuck in the past. For managing my business finances, staying updated instantly is crucial. I just wish HSBC would catch up with the rest and add this essential feature. It’s 2025, and this is a basic tool every banking app should have! Are there any updates on the push notifications? When will it be available? Edit: we are now at the end of 2025 and still no push notifications Edit: 2026 still no push notifications. No search. Awful app! Edit: still no development.
