Stuck in the Stone Age with the user interface and user experience. Using Monzo and Revolut - those apps are much more intuitive and feature rich. HSBC is very slow to bring any type of enhancements whatsoever. Very terrible banking experience. Throughout that time they have supported me through so many important milestones in my life, from my university years and first job, to buying my first car, managing savings and ISAs, credit cards, and loans. What has always stood out is how easy and reliable HSBC has been. Their app is fantastic, simple to use, intuitive, and makes managing all my finances effortless. Whether it's checking accounts, moving money, monitoring savings, or managing credit cards, everything is straightforward and convenient. Over the years HSBC has earned my trust time and time again, to the point where I would never consider moving my banking elsewhere. I've been so happy with the service that all of my children now have accounts with HSBC too. After 35 years as a customer, I honestly cannot rate HSBC highly enough.
