Please fix the bug because after a transaction it makes me feel uncertain whether a payment was made successfully or not! ### 3/5 — Not enough transaction history *2024-08-09* You can only go back like 3 days in the transaction history which is not enough if you want to look at your spending history. Seriously lacking compared to industry standard. Every other banking app I’ve used has months of transaction history. Non-intuitive when searching for banks. No QR code for quick searches and local payments. Really bad. ### 4/5 — Request update apple pay HSBC Vietnam *2023-10-03* Please update support apple pay with HSBC visa card in Vietnamese application ### 3/5 — Day time transfers only *2023-08-01* I like HSBC and services but the one hugely frustrating thing is not being able to transfer funds from USD account to VND account outside back office hours (including all weekends and holidays) Other banks do it very easily. For an international bank this is quite amazingly poor Pls try and change this process ### 2/5 — Bad app *2023-06-11, version 3.32.1* Honestly this app is embarrassing for such a large international bank. One of the only bank apps in Vietnam that doesn’t have a QR code function. Also, in order to login to your account on a web browser, you need to get a code from your mobile app. So if you have a problem with your mobile app then there is no other way to access your own account. On top of that, you’re only allowed to have one device access the app. So if you have a problem with your phone or it’s lost/stolen, you can’t access the mobile app on a tablet either. ### 1/5 — Too bad *2023-01-11, version 3.27.0* Bring me back to 90s ### 3/5 — Suggestions *2022-12-23* Should show more previous transactions on the app. Go back further in date. And be able to show deposits only or withdrawals only. Also add an option where we can add a Nick and to payees. I saved payees but gave no idea who they are because their company name doesn’t show. Making a transfer to pre-established external accounts appears to be ok, however there is far more flexibility for paying new bills and transferring to new accounts when done online via laptop. This could be so much better. ### 1/5 — Weird app *2022-06-20* Unable to add payees in the app. You have to add them via the website, and only then will they show up. 😑. Don't show the correct account balance. I am considering to get a local bank account just so I can transfer money efficiently.
