They have a wide selection of doctors to choose from and the wait time is short and if needed they can write basic prescriptions. For me as all I’m sure are feeling scared to go to the hospital emergency rooms for fear of getting the covid19 virus. I tried calling my local hospital to ask if they had any cases at there facility and they advised they could not release the information. They advised that they can see me and take all precautions. Rediculous answer and completely irresponsible of the nurse to say that. Reason I say this is because when I go to there site for the same hospital they specifically urge all patients to avoid going to the emergency room at all costs unless absolutely necessary and instead had recommended this service as an alternative. It was the best choice I made. A little bit of a wait time but hang tight it’s worth it. Doctor didn’t rush anything answered all my questions viewed my ribs had me to breathing excercises and gave me the medical advise I needed to handle my rib fracture over the coming months how to move. And what to avoid doing. Can’t thank the doctor for how thorough he was. Not once did I feel rushed. Also the wait time to be seen by the doctor was nothing compared to an emergency room visit. Where if your like me your there for hours waiting to even see a doctor. All while risking getting possibly exposed to the virus. Use this service it’s a god send I have family at home in quarantine my young son and my parents who are elderly this is by far the best means of avoiding the virus and still getting the best care I’ve had for a long time. Even without the virus I would go to them over an emergency room anytime obviously unless you know it’s life threatening. The cost was a mere 25 dollars for a visit and I was able to get prescribed the appropriate medications I needed as well at the end of the visit. Anyone whose seen an emergency room visit bill for even the most simplest of things tell me if you can come close to the price difference and immense savings of money. It’s nice to have an option like this. I spent only 30 minutes which included creating a profile and speaking with a Provider. Medication was sent to a pharmacy and all I need to do is pick it up. Sent in a script and I shall be good to go back to school tomorrow! I’ve used this app 3 times, and every single provider I’ve spoken to has not sent over a script, and I’ve had to call the prescription line to get help. Twice now I’ve called been told to do different things. I know once I start seeing green it’s an infection. It has gotten worse and the first doctor said of it want better to call back. I call back this doctor tells me the exact same thing today... call back in 3 days if you’re not better.
