The ads are aggressive; on first click, they pop up before you get a chance to experience learning. There is no way to remove ads with purchase. The software has not been maintained with the last updates prior to iOS 13.

Zunächst einmal tut die App, was sie soll, wobei es verschiedene andere Apps gibt, die ein ähnliches Lernangebot anbieten. Leider ist dies das einzige Produkt, dass diverse Fehler in der deutschen Version hat. Teilweise werden Texte nicht eingeblendet oder es erscheint beispielsweise eine Zahl statt den Wörtern. Ärgerlich ist auch, wenn verschiedene chinesische Wörter dieselbe Übersetzung in den deutschen Antworten haben (der „Nachmittag“) und dadurch beim Test Antworten als falsch deklariert werden. Insgesamt darf man für 99,99 Euro erwarten, dass so etwas nicht passiert.

Easy to assimilate information. Hence easy to study Chinese characters.
No option to remove advertisements is the only downside.

I am not a new learner of Chinese, however I am new to this app. I have co-workers that are newbies, this app can help them with basic test questions. The nice thing is they can listen over and over to try to understand the sentences being spoken. Pinyin is helpful too. Good job app developers.
