I have paid fir this app long ago!

What's the deal? Now when I open this app there is red X at the bottom, but there seems to be a new version and surprise, surprise a new one time fee. Grat app, but I paid for it one time long ago, so how to make it work again?

Sound in iphone SE no longer works.
I can make it work on ipad mini. Please fix this. I will give a better rating.
