## What is HSSK?

Ứng dụng HSSK là nền tảng y tế tích hợp Hồ sơ sức khỏe của Bộ Y tế và được phát triển bởi Tập Đoàn Công Nghệ Vietsens - đơn vị đoạt giải đặc biệt với giải pháp chuyển đổi số cho cơ quan đơn vị y tế trong Cuộc thi “Y tế thông minh lần II – năm 2020” do Bộ Y tế tổ chức. Hồ Sơ sức khỏe được xây dựng như cầu nối giữa bệnh nhân bác sĩ và bệnh viện hỗ trợ theo dõi, tư vấn và đăng ký khám bệnh giúp bệnh nhân chủ động hơn với quy trình được đơn giản hóa, thuận tiện và nhanh chóng.
Mỗi người dân sẽ được tích hợp sổ y bạ sức khỏe điện tử tạo sự thuận lợi cho bác sĩ và y tá trong việc theo dõi, chẩn đoán và điều trị chính xác hơn.
Ứng dụng Hồ sơ sức khỏe có các tính năng chính như:

Ứng dụng HSSK có tính năng vượt trội giúp bạn dễ dàng đặt lịch khám với bác sĩ phù hợp, giúp rút ngắn thời gian chờ đợi khi đi khám.
