The FaceID sign‑in is flawless—fast, secure, and incredibly convenient. I love being able to jump right in without typing passwords every time. Easy to finally manage both addresses under one interface. The user interface is clean, friendly, and easy to navigate, which makes the whole experience feel smooth and intuitive. Everything is laid out exactly where you’d expect it to be, and it just works. If you’re in Huntsville and want a reliable, well‑designed utility app, this one is a must‑have. The developers clearly put real thought into the details. Highly recommended! ### 2/5 — Easy but ridiculous *2025-12-26, version 25.4.0* It’s easy to pay but I’ve never seen an app for something like this that does NOT allow you to save your login information or turn on FaceID. Therefore, you have to constantly log into the app. But on top of it, I’ve had the app for MONTHS and every time I go into it, it prompts me to see if I want to download the application for the phone. How are we suppose to no what our new customer account number is if we haven’t been given it? I wish I was part of the ones that have created their account with no issues but sadly I’m not. ### 1/5 — Horrible customer service *2025-10-30, version 25.3.1* When they turn on your service they don’t warn you they don’t physically turn your gas line on until you ask so you find out when it’s cold and your furnace won’t turn on and you pay for a service call to get your furnace fixed and of course say it’s not their fault and won’t cover the service fee after you already paid the utilities company to connect the services and didn’t do their job ### 1/5 — Payment Info *2025-09-25, version 25.3.1* I have to enter my card information every time, even though I supposedly saved it.
