Fire the developers. No way to copy paste account number (or any fields). UI looks straight out of 2003. Buttons for submitting support ticket doesn’t work. Doesn’t have the most basic feature that every ISP app has, an outage map or notifications that there are issues in an area. Wouldn’t bother downloading or trying to use it.

Logged in and the user interface takes into no account of user experience. Just doesn’t look like the app was ready to go live on the App Store. The content is compressed or distorted though out the screens even if your iOS settings are set to default. I wanted to see if i could view and pay my billl. I tried to contact support and it presented a form to fill in as if I am not a customer. It should t be this way. I don’t see why an input form asking for account numbers etc should be presented when I’m actively logged in on the app. I don’t have the confident to proceed.  Terrible effort.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. I downloaded the new app. When I try to login it tells me a new version of the HT MY ACCOUNT is available. Visit Hawaiiantel.com/mobileupdate to download. It tells me I already downloaded it. It’s sends you in a circle.

Definitely not up to date with technology standards. This app is just as bad as their website. 

You cannot log on without updating, yet there is no update.

They send you to a different site to pay bill, where you have to find your account number and jump through all these hoops and then after you put in all the info, the page refreshes, and you don't know if you paid the bill or not. It's a mess. Make it better.

Everytime it ask me to pay today and you hit the button, it goes to a blank screen, never did that before, now I have to go out and log onto a computer to pay

I can't sign in to my account. I'm told there's a new version of this app, but obviously, I've already installed it. For now, this is basically unusable except as a guest.
