I have had a few issues connecting with Bluetooth but just unplug the OBD connector and reconnect until it syncs with my Bluetooth ### 1/5 — Awful *2022-10-23, version 1.44* If I could rate 0 stars I would. Connects right away and works flawless on android. No idea what the scanner’s fit is. Company advises use of an android but who has one of those 🤷🏽‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Terrible App - Regret Purchasing HT200 *2021-12-24, version 1.37* I hope the fact this is my first review ever drives home how frustrated I am with this garbage app and the scanner. Owned since 8/2019. 1 out of 20 times to get it to sync to iOS…then just to drop it 5 min later. Works best if you can easily decipher poorly Chinese-to-English translation. ### 3/5 — The OBD2 apps perform better on Android *2021-11-29, version 1.37* I have this app installed on an iPhone 11 running iOS 15, an old Moto G5S Plus running Android 8 and an even older Nexus 5 running Android 6. Features and capabilities are the same on iOS and Android. However, the Android version is far superior in regards to speed and stability. A full scan takes half the time and the refresh rate of live data is twice as fast. Most of the lag and annoying bugs on the iOS app, are gone on the Android app. Sadly, this is also true of other OBD2 apps like ThinkDiag, BlueDriver and Fixd. All those apps just work better on Android. If this is your first time using one of these phone-based obd2 apps, keep in mind that they require a constant connection to the internet to function, so no cell signal/no wifi = no scanning. They also ask for a bunch of info from you phone, like your location and access to your photos and files. ### 1/5 — Do Not Use! *2021-10-03* It will work the first time setting it up for the bluetooth pairing. But it will not connect afterwards. I made sure i was up to date, toggled bluetooth on/off, unplug the device and replugged, just didnt want to connect. If you got this at walmart like i did, best to get a refund or exchange on this asap. I also tried in multiple vehicles and same issue. No information as to why. No information as to how long this would take, No number to call, No e-mail to send to; they just decided that I can't use this tool that I bought. That was not a happy exercise either. You pay for the hardware, then you pay for the specific modules you need at $30 a pop. This started out as a racket and now they are cinching the noose tighter. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2024-09-28* Requires you to create an an account with personal information just to access how to use the product that you’ve already purchased. Then, requires you to scan the serial number using the camera, which does not work, and has no option for entering it manually.
