On MacOS Safari v26.5 Full Bill Pay displays “Your session has expired. Return to internet banking and relaunch bill pay” which does not work. Yet the website works fine on MacOS Chrome v130.0.6723.91. I’ve already tried to resolve this twice via Member Services and the online banking support provider just repeatedly asks for screenshots and says it’s a device-specific issue, which it can’t be, since it happens on different devices. The suggested fixes to clear cache/cookies do not work, and to uninstall browser plugins or extensions do not apply. Very frustrating and I cannot recommend using the Full Bill Pay functionality for these reasons.
