### 1/5 — App crashes all the time

*2026-06-03, version 2026.3.1*

Wasted $50

### 1/5 — Kostenpflichtig!!

*2026-05-14*

### 4/5 — Works (in an involved way)

*2026-04-29*

Requests need to be saved and remember their name but on second edit; you click a lot - but in the end it works. Not the most friendly app but fair enough.

### 4/5 — Some free options now Pro

*2026-04-02, version 2026.1.1*

HTTPBot is a rock solid app and performs as advertised. Recently, however, I returned to the app after just a few weeks and some of the features that I was counting on for my workflow had been moved to pro features.

Basically, many of my calls were saved as custom workflows. Now you need Pro to run custom work flows, as well as export as CURL, so I have to re-create these workflows manually.

This is a core usability change has left me stuck in the water, as purchasing Pro is now a considered purchase and I have to go back and compare HTTPBot to the other paid REST apps that are out there, especially if I’m going to have to re-create all of my calls manually anyway.

This is not a complaint, just an alert for those folks that have developed workflows in the app before those features went Pro.

It's a rock solid app. And the developer deserves to get paid for it. But if you previously chose HTTP bot specifically because of the features that are now only available in the Pro version, you now have other apps to consider before you buy.

### 1/5 — Subscription-forcing trash

*2026-04-01, version 2026.1.1*

Requires starting a trial with auto-billing afterwards to even get into the app. Instantly deleted.

### 1/5 — Can’t get past the “Start your Pro Trial” screen

*2026-03-10, version 2026.0.1*

Got it try and make a post call. Can’t seem to get past the “Start your Pro Trial” screen. I don’t want to start a trial just to try the “free” app.

### 1/5 — No free version

*2026-02-01, version 2026.0.1*

You can’t even test out the app without signing up for a $5 weekly subscription. Most apps at least have a free tier. Junk

### 1/5 — PayWall

*2026-02-01*

Einfach alles hinter einer PayWall

### 4/5 — Love/Hate But Still Great

*2026-01-20, version 2025.4.1*

I wanted to keep this one, but the biggest thing I have a problem with is that you can’t copy the response data from the API call. It has a “copy” option but there must be a bug or something because it never goes to the clipboard. Otherwise, its way less clunkier than Postman!

### 5/5 — 10/10

*2026-01-17, version 2025.4.1*

Best app
