The most basic task of adding a library image and then cutting worked fine, but anything that you wanted to create yourself was a nightmare. Even simple text manipulation was virtually impossible, with poor font support and very limited editing capability. And, let’s not mention the dreaded Print & Cut. Two years on and this app is now actually good, but there’s still more to be done. However, LOKLiK really listens to us, their customers, and they try to help and keep improving, unlike Cricut! **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your experience. I’ve been using it roughly since the start of development and it has come along such a long way! It still is being updated and developed so be patient, and along with any crafting app it takes trial and error! I personally found this simpler than cricut as an example. It’s great for budget crafters and very intuitive. The only Major problem I seem to have is it doesn’t always want to let me log in so need to reset my password every now and again. I wasn't expecting much before I even tried it. But boy was I wrong ! It is easy to use once you 1) goto the manual that's within machine like on the silhouette cameo & Brother machines ! & 2) Expect to Have Trial & Error moments over more than the course of one week ! Like All Machines it is a Learning Curve ! But when you persevere & try it for an hour or so taking notes on what you did & how along the way for yourself it really helps ! But only play with it for an hour once to twice a day for the first few weeks while you learn about the machine and get used to it ! Too many people myself included are /were in a rush to write this machine off before really giving it a go & also walking away from it when you became frustrated! There are a lot of great designers /influencers online who are doing basic to complicated stuff on this machine ! They show you step by step how to use it ! & unlike the silhouette machine you don't have to pay for your designs etc ! What many people don't know unless you research is LOKLIK is made by the same company that make Cricut ! They wanted to produce a machine for those of us crafters who couldn't afford a Cricut or brother machine to be available for us to use & possibly make a side income from it ! If you do some research you will learn this & more ! But in the meantime get playing with it and learning all about your new toy ! ### 5/5 — Handcrafting should not be too easy! *2025-01-15* LOKLiK has a lot of free designs available in the app, and it also supports custom design, really suitable for craft enthusiasts to unleash creativity. There is no reason for that. ### 1/5 — SO many improvements needed! *2026-05-20* I‘ve got SO many complaints about this app & would really appreciate it if they were taken seriously: it‘s missing an eraser to remove individual parts instead of everything, fonts aren‘t cut as outlines, so completely useless, we need to be able to add new fonts, all clickable drop down menus have a bug: when you click them, they disappear immediately again, so you can‘t change any settings, saving projects takes ridiculously long. ### 1/5 — Bad *2026-04-20* Cannot log into my account even after changing the password.
